There are three different methods to listen to your voicemail:
Dial your VoiceShot telephone number, press the # key when your greeting kicks in and follow the verbal instructions via telephone to enter both your mail box and pin number.
Voicemail attached to e-mail notifications. Click on the audio file attached to the notification e-mail to listen to your message.
From within your account go to the VOICEMAIL BOXES section of the dashboard, click on the message symbol 
next to the voicemail box you wish to check messages in, then click on the green play button 
next to any message to listen to it. You can also delete and download messages from this screen.
