To record your own greeting, login and go to the RECORDED SOUND FILES box on the dashboard, click on the 
symbol in the top right corner of the RECORDED SOUND FILES box, choose RECORD, choose USE MIC... to record with a computer microphone, or choose USE PHONE... to view instructions on how to record via telephone.
