Users that have their telephone number set to answer calls with an Auto Attendant can change the default hold music. To change the hold music, go to the DASHBOARD, click on next to your auto attendant in the AUTO ATTENDANT DESIGNER box, → click on the OPTIONS link in the top right corner of the AUTO ATTENDANT DESIGNER box, → then choose the hold music you wish to use. There are several hold music options available. Users can also add their own sound file in the RECORDED SOUND FILES section of the dashboard and use the audio file for their hold music.
