Go to the VOICEMAIL BOXES section of the dashboard, → click on the 
symbol, → on the next screen enter a mail box number in the BOX NUMBER field, enter a pin number in the PIN NUMBER field, in the SELECT A GREETING drop down menu, choose a greeting you have already recorded/choose RECORD USING YOUR MIC to record/or choose TYPE YOUR GREETING to create your voicemail box greeting with a computer voice, → enter one or more email addresses to send voicemail notifications to, then save your settings.
NOTE: if you enter an email address and leave the box checked that says ATTACH VOICEMAIL RECORDING TO EMAIL you will receive an email with the message left attached to the email as a .wav file you can play from your device.
