To set up alternative call processing for after hours, go to the PHONE NUMBERS box in the dashboard, → click on in the actions column to the right of your telephone number, check the box next to the phrase USE AFTER HOURS OPTION, → in the SET YOUR BUSINESS HOURS section, choose the days of the week you want your primary setting in place along with the times, then click save. For those who need set the answer option to change daily, multiple times per day, or per week, use the ADVANCED SCHEDULING link in the right hand corner of the USE AFTER HOURS box.
