To upgrade your minute plan, click on the MY SERVICES tab in the blue menu bar, → click on the CHANGE MINUTES link in the ACTIONS column next to your plan, → choose the plan you wish to change to, → click CONTINUE, → then follow the prompts to complete the process. Users can upgrade or downgrade their plan. Upgrades are always immediate and you will be billed for the price difference from your old to new plan. Downgrades take place at the start of the users next billing cycle.
