To cancel service, click on the MY SERVICES tab in the blue menu bar → click on the CANCEL link in the ACTIONS column next to your plan, then follow the steps to complete the cancellation process.
NOTE: If you have additional telephone numbers associated with your plan, the additional numbers must be removed from the plan in order to cancel. If you have more than one telephone number and wish to cancel the primary plan number, this is a manual process that must be performed by our staff.
